Have a q9 Adepts Ghostly staff of Fortitude here, it's inscribable
Halves skill recharge of spells 20% +10 energy Chaos damage 11-22 (req. 9) halves casting time of earth magic spells 20% <-- pity halves casting time of Illusion magic spells 20% Health + 30 Is this worth anything? and that staff is not inscribable, btw. EDIT: It is NOT inscribable. "Inscribable" means it has an inscription slot. The mods will say "Inscription: [Insert name of inscription here]".
